We understand that plans change. To be fair to both our customers and our business, we have the following cancellation policy in place:

• Cancellations must be made at least 2 days in advance to avoid a fee.

• Late cancellations within 1 hours will incur a 10% percentage charge.

• No-shows will be charged the full amount

• Rescheduling is allowed up to 2 hours before the appointment.
